1. A Bridge Too Far

Hut 33 have to play Hut 6 in the Bletchley Park Bridge Tournament. Gordon can't play because he has a date with Minka, so rather than play with Charles, Archie tries to teach Joshua how to play. Unsurprisingly it doesn't go well.

2. Baghdad

First Broadcast: Mon 2nd July 2007

An opportunity to go to Iraq comes up and both Charles and Archie want to go. Charles wants to go as he's been there before and speaks the language; Archie only wants to go to stop Charles going. Both attempt to convince Joshua to nominate them, resorting to blackmail and bribery in the process... that is until Charles realises that the posting is actually to a notorious and violent part of Iraq, not the peaceful bit.

3. Careless Talk

There's a security breach at Bletchley Park and everyone in Hut 33 is under suspicion. Joshua has to try and find out who is leaking information out. Surely it's not the attractive Nancy, who just happens to be spending a lot of time chatting to the codebreakers?

4. Don't Bet On It

First Broadcast: Mon 16th July 2007

Hut 33 must play the local prisoners of war at football... the only problem is the hut don't have a full team. Archie is desperate to play (to prove to Minka how masculine he is) but Charles is less than keen.

When a team is eventually formed their performance is less than encouraging, until they get a new coach that is - the fearsome Minka who soon whips them into shape.

Charles and Josh bet against each other heavily on the outcome of the match.

Convoys are being sunk at an alarming rate by U-boats, so the men of Hut 33 are struggling to concentrate on code-breaking when all they can think about is a hot meal made from food that wasn't powdered.

Archie is looking forward to seeing his brother who is back on leave, but conflicts of faith threaten to intervene. Gordon is worried about the afterlife and discovers Minka has a religious past, whilst Joshua's idea of faith is confused.

Series 2 (2008)

1. Royal Visit

First Broadcast: Wed 21st May 2008

A royal visitor is coming to inspect Bletchley Park, but the top brass are worried that this particular royal is a Nazi sympathiser. Hut 33 has to delay him and make sure he doesn't see any of the code-breaking machines.

It turns out Prince George, the Duke of Kent is not only 'a keen amateur photographer of airfields, docks and military installations', he's also interested in men. He takes a shine to Archie and reluctantly the geordie agrees to the plan of taking the prince out for a drink to keep him away from their codebreaking machines. Charles does his best to ensure the date goes smoothly.

2. Pigs n Spivs

First Broadcast: Wed 28th May 2008

Rations are running dangerously low at Bletchley Park. However the starving codebreakers soon meet a spiv who sells them a job-lot of bacon. The only problem is that that the bacon is in the form of a live pig.

3. Yellow

The code breakers are ordered to be vaccinated against yellow fever, but Charles refuses to be injected by an Australian. Archie is scared of needles and Gordon needs a note from his mum.

The Australian Dr Fisher takes a dislike to the boys and puts them in quarantine, with Minka as guard. Meanwhile the rest of the base prepares to celebrate the new year with German Whisky SS29... which actually turns out to be tank fluid.

The group are threatened with being sent to Burma after making yet another mistake. In an attempt to redeem themselves, they try to capture a German spy.

Hut 33's record is the worst in the complex. Charles is mortified with shame, Archie is desperate to prove himself and Gordon wants to impress a girl he has just met. They break into Hut 7b to get extra information, which turns out not to be a good idea.

6. Yankee Diddle

An American visitor is joining Hut 33. He seems to be very wealthy and very gullible, which presents Charles with an irresistible chance to fleece him. Not only does he have more money than sense, but he also happens to be Roosevelt's nephew.
