An easy going British scientist causes quite a stir when he discusses the work of two Russian mathematicians who claim that when the Large Hadron Collider at CERN is turned on, there is the chance that it may cause a wormhole. This could allow a time traveller from the future to visit us.

As a result of his discussion, the world's major powers, including Britain, America, Russia and China (and Belgium) begin to get ready to gain control of any future time travellers, and thus also gain control their (presumed) futuristic weapons.

Our Review: Broadcast as part of "Big Bang Day" on BBC Radio 4, this comedy was made to celebrate the activation of the real-life Large Hadron Collider at CERN.

The plot is based on actual real research by a pair of Russian mathematicians. Upon learning of this research, Steve Punt decided to write this one-off satirical sitcom.
