Steve Punt and Hugh Dennis present a mix of stand-up, sketches and songs. A typical episode features satirical comment on the week's news from Dennis and Punt (with voices from Laura Shavin), followed by a monologue from Marcus Brigstocke, letters and emails read out by Jon Holmes and music from Mitch Benn.

Our Review: This is one of the most popular series on the radio for a reason - it is a consistently funny and always entertaining radio satire. It is the British Comedy Guide Editor Mark's favourite radio programme.

The Now Show somehow manages to trump all others when it comes to pouring scorn on the week's news events. The six strong team deliver an exceptionally high standard of satire - every script polished till it just shines of funny.

We're trying to think of something to say for the other side of the argument, in an attempt to make this a balanced review - but we can't think of a single negative! Love it!
