Abigail and Roger both live in separate flats in London's bedsitter land. They are engaged to be married but have contrasting outlooks on life. Abigail is an independent woman with boundless energy for good causes and the capability to look after herself. Roger is the more traditional city gent with an eye for the future and whose main interest is keeping fit. Our Review: A short-lived comedy that was originally intended to run for 13 episodes. At 20 minutes per episode it was certainly one of the shortest sitcoms ever produced by the BBC for Television and only Frank Williams, from the cast or crew, would create a career for himself in this genre. |
