Donald Maddocks is a chemistry teacher and happy with his disorganised and indecisive life. His wife, Sheila, makes all the basic decisions in their marriage and she is unhappy with having to cope with her bumbling husband.

Our Review: This was almost an autobiographical work from a new writer who made a very brief sojourn into TV comedy. But, like many shows in the BBC's early eighties output, it was eminently forgettable.
